REALTOR® Membership

REALTOR® members are licensed brokers and salespeople actively engaged in the real estate profession within the state of California.

A REALTOR® membership is a three-way agreement entitling you to membership with:

PWR REALTOR® Members:

• Have access to Tempo (SoCalMLS System) and Other Regional MLS systems in Southern California
  
  Supra Lockboxes and Keys are available for lease at PWR and will be programmed at your membership appointment for use in your home MLS and participating MLS Systems.

It is highly recommended that new members of PWR schedule an appointment with a Membership Specialist to ensure all your questions are answered and that you fully understand the requirements of a PWR Membership.

At Your Membership Appointment...

• Requirements will be outlined
• MLS Pass Code will be issued
• Supra Key - (optional)

Please bring with you...

• A copy of your DRE License
• Completed PWR REALTOR® Membership Application with broker's signature
• Your Driver's License or a Photo ID
• A Dues Waiver with current NRDS information from your previous association (If transferring from another Association of REALTORS®).

Orientation

PWR has developed a two-tiered Orientation process to educate new members about the benefits and obligations of the Code of Ethics and the Multiple Listing Service.

Tier 1: On-Line Ethics Class

• When you join PWR you will be issued an Ethics handbook and information about taking the open book online exam.
  
  Print out a Certificate of Completion and bring it with you to the New Member Orientation class.

Tier 2: New Member Orientation Class

You will be assigned a date & time to attend the New Member Orientation class at your New Member Appointment. Orientation is mandatory for all new REALTOR® members within 30 days of application.

Orientation is a 3-hour program held twice a month on Wednesdays at PWR. Failure to attend Orientation will result in suspension of REALTOR® and MLS services.
