Register to explain the real facts behind the local real estate market.
The ads target potential home buyers, educating them about the long-term value of housing and providing insight into the local real estate markets to help buyers make informed decisions about what can be the biggest investment opportunity of their lives. You will note below that the market facts in the ads are customized for Orange and Los Angeles counties as appropriate for each publication. We encourage you to use these materials in your listing presentations, newsletters and websites. |

With all the media attention on real estate and the often negative portrayal of the market, we felt this was the right time to go direct to consumers. Our message is simple… position REALTORS® as ethical, professionals who create value for their clients. Open the Homes section of the Los Angeles Times on any weekend and you'll see a full-page advertisement promoting the value a REALTOR® brings to the transaction. The ads rotate each week with a different message for buyers, sellers, for sale by owners, move-up and first-time buyers. All of the ads communicate to consumers why they should work with a REALTOR®, that a REALTOR® is someone they can trust, and that a REALTOR® should be the first point of contact in every transaction. Through our partnership with SoCalMLS and our neighboring Associations of REALTORS®, PWR plans to expand these advertisements into Orange County Register, Long Beach Press-Telegram and other local papers. |
