Tier 1: On-Line Ethics Class When you join PWR you will be issued an Ethics handbook and information about taking the open book online exam. Print out a Certificate of Completion and bring it with you to the New Member Orientation class. Tier 2: New Member Orientation Class You will be assigned a date & time to attend the New Member Orientation class at your New Member Appointment. Orientation is mandatory for all new REALTOR® members within 30 days of application. Orientation is a 3-hour program held twice a month on Wednesdays at PWR. Within 15 days following your completion of the class, your $100 deposit will be returned. Failure to attend Orientation will result in suspension of REALTOR® and MLS services.
